Delivery Terms & Conditions

General Information
Coral Springs Gift Delivery, is an online gift business opened for ordering 24 hours a day for your convenience serving the local South Florida area surrounding Coral Springs, Florida. Our customer service phone number is 954-753-4723. Coral Springs Gift Delivery hand delivers gourmet food gifts and baskets, fruit, baskets, balloon bouquets, flowers and plants  Monday through Saturday in the local Coral Springs and surrounding areas. We do not deliver on Sunday.

Hand Delivery Areas
Coral Springs Gift Delivery hand delivers gifts to Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Tamarac, Sunrise, Coconut Creek, Plantation, Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County and some areas in North Dade County. If you need delivery to any South Florida location that is not listed here, please call us. We have gift partners we work with and will be happy to discuss arranging a gift delivery for you. We also can arrange hand delivery of some gift baskets and shipping of gift baskets to anywhere within the Continental United States through our parent company, My Fast Basket Company.

Same Day Delivery
Orders received Before 12:00 Noon Eastern Time Monday through Saturday can be arranged for same day delivery in the South Florida area. Any order received after the 12:00 Noon cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the next day. During busy holiday seasons and for quantity orders extra time may be required and Same Day Delivery may not be possible. We always ask that you place your orders as early as possible or call us if you have any questions about whether same day delivery can be accomplished. We do make every effort to assist you with your delivery requests.

Contact or Address Errors
An address error made by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and not Coral Springs Gift Delivery. We thank you for taking extra time to check your order for accuracy prior to confirming your order. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for an incorrect delivery address or if an apartment number, suite or building number is incorrect or missing from the delivery address and is required for accurate delivery.  Every reasonable effort will be made to correct and redirect your gift but an additional delivery charges may apply. We require accurate delivery phone number for all deliveries. 

Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Gated Communities
South Florida has many gated communities. We suggest that if the recipient resides in a gated community or requires authorization to receive deliveries that the customer obtain necessary information to clear any restrictions before placing an order.

Hotels, Hospitals and Schools
Deliveries to hotels, hospitals and schools are subject to refusal or restriction or if the guest or patient has checked out. For deliveries to schools please provide necessary access information since these are high security areas. Please also provide information if this going to a student or an employee. Some student deliveries are prohibited on some campuses. Also, we cannot guarantee delivery if the school is closed. All of these facilities have experienced a high rate of refused deliveries or undeliverables. Please consider sending to a residential home address whenever possible. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver to a hotel, hospital or school. We request that you provide an accurate phone number of the gift recipient or the facility to which the delivery is being made.

Post Office Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APOs.

Delivery Address Changes
We can accept delivery address changes when provided before the item has been sent out for delivery and as long as it is in the same general local delivery area. If circumstances require that you change the delivery address for a package please contact us as soon as possible. When an address is changed we may have to reschedule delivery for the next business day. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Delivery Date Changes
We will try to accommodate requests for delivery date changes, however, gifts containing perishable items may not be able to be rescheduled if the order has already been processed and is out for delivery. Many of our gift are built when ordered so please contact us as soon asa possbile with any necessary changes.

Holidays and Sundays
During peak times, deliveries may take one or more additional business days to arrive and same day delivery may not be available. This affects two weeks prior to and following all major holidays such as Valentine\'s Day, Easter, Mother\'s Day, Father\'s Day, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas. We are closed on major holidays and Sunday and no delivery services are available.

Perishable Items Delivery Policy
If a basket contains a perishable item such as chocolate or other perishable food item such as cheese, fruit or other edibles delivery may be delayed if no one is available to accept the delivery. We delivery locally in the South Florida area and due to the hot climate most of the year we will not leave a gift or basket at the door if no one is available. Please provide a delivery contact phone number so we can call to reschedule not at home delivery attempts. If it is requested that the perishable gift be left at the door no refunds will be issued for perishable items. Residential deliveries can be made as late as 6 or 7 PM. Business Deliveries will be made prior to 5PM or when notified of business hours before the business closes.

Refund and Cancellation
All gifts and baskets are custom designed when ordered. If gift cancellation is necessary please notify us within 24 hours or as soon as possible prior to delivery. A cancellation will be refunded in full providing it has not been sent out for delivery in which case we will offer a partial refund. We will make every effort to provide a refund for cancellation.  If a gift is out of stock we will contact you via email, phone or both to suggest a substitution. If there is no suitable substitution, a full refund will be issued.  Gifts that contain  perishable  food items that have been delivered, delivered and consumed cannot be refunded. However, if there is any item in the gift basket that is defective please notify us within one business day of receipt and the item will be replaced or refunded.  We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality products.  Gifts containing perishable food items cannot be left in open areas for delivery and no refunds will be made if is specially requested to leave a delivery on a porch, or other outdoor area when no one is home to accept the delivery.

Product Substitutions
When a component for a gift is no longer available or has been discontinued we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. This includes seasonal items such as fruit. Other components such as the basket or gift container also may change from what is represented in the online photo of the specific gift. If you would like something specific in any of our gift baskets, we can also make customized substitutions. Call customer service to discuss any customization requirements.

Customer Notifications
If we notice that there will be a problem with an order or if we have questions about details of an order we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. Processing orders that are questionable may be delayed. We advise you to provide accurate contact information with your order including a correct phone number and email address. We will use both email and the phone to contact you regarding any orders in question including but not limited to product substitutions,  sold out items, possible back orders and other situations that are beyond our control etc. Under no circumstances will an order be processed without a valid phone number and email address.
