Refunds and Cancellation
Coral Springs Gift Delivery custom designs gifts and basket when ordered for hand delivery.  If gift cancellation is necessary please notify us within 24 hours or as soon as possible prior to delivery. A cancellation will be refunded in full providing it has not been sent out for delivery in which case we will offer a partial refund based upon items that can be re-stocked. We will make every effort to provide a refund for cancellation.  If a gift is out of stock we will contact you via email, phone or both to suggest a substitution. If there is no suitable substitution, a full refund will be issued.  Gifts that contain food items that have been delivered or delivered and consumed cannot be refunded. However, if there is any item in the gift basket that is defective please notify us within one business day of receipt and the item will be replaced or the item cost refunded  We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality products.  Gifts containing perishable food items cannot be left in open areas for delivery and no refunds will be made if is specially requested to leave a delivery on a porch, or other outdoor area when no one is home to accept the delivery.

Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once they are delivered. If content can be restocked a partial refund may be issued. Delivery fees are non refundable.

Automatic Refund
If an inaccurate address is provided or if any of the delivery information is in question we contact the customer as acourtesy to clarify the information. If we cannot reach the customer due to inaccurate contact information being provided or if the customer does not respond to the request for clarification, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
